depends on what kind of change you parlez.si you talk of declining construction jobs lately is because during the boom building, many construction companies expanded their resources and invested in more machines and workers. Meanwhile, this investment has given a lot of profit so it is understandable that they would be reluctant to downsize, even when confronted with the fact that there is not much demand plus.?cologiquement speaking for construction companies are unwilling to change their techniques (but could be harmful) because the cleaner technology and more enviro-friendly is more expensive. The person who pays for the building usually only pays a certain amount in order to maximize profits of the business will simply not the cheapest thing possible.Triste but true.
